Integrate completed the build-out of Smoothie King’s downtown St. Louis location on the first floor of the Park Pacific parking garage. This unique urban project included the integration of a drive-thru routed directly through the garage, providing quick service without impacting parking capacity. Careful coordination was required to fit the tenant space within an active structure while meeting Smoothie King’s brand standards and operational needs.
