The team managed the tear-down, transport, and reinstallation of existing equipment while refining the layout in close partnership with the owner. Seamless collaboration with both the landlord and client ensured an efficient fit-out and on-time move-in, delivering a refreshed space for Big Shark to serve its customers. The project was proudly performed with 100% participation from MBE/WBE subcontractors and suppliers, reflecting a commitment to inclusive project delivery.
