Integrate Welcomes 2026 Summer Interns

This summer, Integrate Construction Partners is excited to welcome Ethan Dietrich and Logan Hawn to the team. Throughout their internship, they will gain hands-on experience across active project sites, learn about the preconstruction process, and work alongside our field and office teams to better understand the construction industry.

Ethan is eager to learn more about the construction process and the teamwork required to bring projects from concept to completion. Outside of work, his favorite movie is Ford v Ferrari, and he considers Memorial Day the best day on the calendar. 

Logan was drawn to the construction industry by a desire to revitalize and improve existing infrastructure while helping protect the planet. He lives by the motto "Keep moving forward" and brings that mindset to every opportunity. When asked what advice he would give his younger self, Logan's answer was simple: "There's no need to change a thing. The spiked-up hair is awesome; don't let anyone tell you differently."
