Integrate completed the interior buildout of the “Green Room” addition at Tin Roof’s Charlotte location, a second-level space above an active pharmacy at the EpiCentre. The project included a new bar, walk-in cooler, two DJ booths, arcade games, and stage areas—transforming the raw shell into a high-energy music and gaming venue. ICP obtained a North Carolina GC license and self-performed concrete and carpentry work to streamline the schedule. With previous Tin Roof experience, the team anticipated owner needs and expedited coordination. This 3,321 SF renovation marked ICP’s third successful Tin Roof project, delivered on time and on budget.
