ICP completed the full renovation and buildout of Tin Roof’s St. Louis location, a live music venue and bar located in the historic Cupples One Building downtown.
The 8,100 SF interior transformation included three bar areas—main, late night, and a Green Room with indoor/outdoor flexibility—along with a live stage and DJ zone. ICP fast-tracked construction using an early demolition release and self-performed all carpentry to maintain quality and control.
The project was delivered on an aggressive eight-week schedule, balancing tight coordination with the design team and owner to create a vibrant, high-volume entertainment space.
