Integrate completed a major renovation of a historic one-story building in Raleigh, demolishing the roof, half the floor, and the back wall before rebuilding and expanding it into a two-story live music venue with a new patio.
The project transformed the former office and basement into a dynamic entertainment destination, featuring a commercial kitchen, large first-floor bar and dance area, and an indoor/outdoor second story.
Careful site containment and phased deliveries minimized disruption along the high-traffic street, while ICP self-performed carpentry and concrete. Close coordination ensured timely decisions, brand integration, and delivery of a high-energy venue rooted in Raleigh’s nightlife.
