Delivered through a design-build approach, the team provided real-time cost and schedule feedback to complete the project in just 15 weeks—under budget and within the owner’s four-month opening goal. The interior fit-out introduced warm finishes, colorful accents, custom wood soffits, and a full commercial kitchen, along with window and door replacements. A new walk-up window further enhanced carry-out service, creating a welcoming neighborhood café rooted in efficiency and charm.
