Integrate served as construction manager for SSM Health’s new 13,500-square-foot primary care center in Harrah, Oklahoma—the first of five facilities supporting SSM’s expansion across the Oklahoma City region. Designed to align with SSM’s established brand standards, the project was delivered through a build-to-suit lease model with development services provided by New + Found. Site challenges included high plastic expansive soils, which required moisture conditioning before building and parking lot construction, as well as utility extensions that were successfully negotiated and coordinated. Despite these complexities, the facility was completed on time for its February 2022 opening, enhancing access to primary care services.
