Integrate renovated a former physical therapy office into Metro MedSpa, the first prototype of a new walk-in Botox bar concept in St. Louis. The project emphasized patient privacy through acoustically rated partitions, addressing concerns from the client’s previous location. Despite permitting delays and electrical issues requiring mid-project design revisions, the team delivered a modern spa environment offering both beauty and medical treatments.
The successful prototype led to expansion, with the client later developing a West County location based on this model. Designed for accessibility and comfort, Metro MedSpa set a new standard for community-focused aesthetic care.
