Kemira partnered with Integrate Construction Partners and Lawrence Group to deliver a new maintenance facility at their North St. Louis industrial plant. Designed and built to address key operational goals, the project enhanced employee safety with new locker rooms and changing areas to support proper PPE use. Security was improved through a controlled sally port entry sequence that streamlined truck access while enabling visitor screening. The facility also consolidated key functions—combining maintenance, parts storage, and plant management offices into one efficient footprint. Delivered via design-build, the project met budget constraints while minimizing the burden on Kemira’s internal staff.
