Integrate partnered with Lawrence Group to transform a former racetrack in Greenwood, Nebraska, into a fully operational auto auction site for Insurance Auto Auctions (IAA), part of RB Global. The project marked the first of many collaborations and included three new structures supported by extensive sitework and a 51-acre parking lot. As general contractor, Integrate coordinated closely with design partners to meet an aggressive schedule and deliver highly functional, durable facilities. The Greenwood project established the foundation of a lasting partnership, with Integrate continuing to support IAA and RB Global through additional design-build projects nationwide for over a decade.
