The team navigated deviations from standard layouts through intensive weekly coordination with the client and careful scheduling of equipment deliveries and installations. By maintaining tight control over logistics and timelines, construction finished on schedule.
The new store now offers essential retail and dining options, enhancing convenience and quality of life for both City Foundry visitors and the surrounding community. Structurally modified the building/loading dock to accept 53ft tractor trailers; installed material lift from the basement to the main store/first floor to allow for product to be stored in the basement.
