Integrate delivered the Deli Star Food Discovery Center, the new national headquarters for the family-owned ingredient supplier serving the sandwich, salad, and prepared meal industries. Located in the lower level of the 100-year-old historic BYCO building at City Foundry STL, the facility serves as a hub for research and culinary innovation.
Using a design-build delivery model with design-build MEPFP, Integrate coordinated closely with Deli Star’s vendors and suppliers. A full BIM 3D coordination effort with clash detection enabled prefabrication and seamless field installation while meeting SHPO and NPS historic building standards, resulting in a highly functional and efficient space.
