The Sovereign project transformed a historic Grand Center building into a 17,000-square-foot, 1,200-capacity concert venue set to open in September 2025. Integrate managed the renovation, which included significant structural retrofits, new windows, and exterior tuckpointing to preserve the building’s character while meeting modern performance needs. The build-out added two bars, a stage, VIP area, two greenrooms, and a striking two-story reception area. Working within an aging structure required precise coordination to integrate new systems and finishes while maintaining the historic fabric. The result will be a premier music venue that blends modern amenities with Grand Center’s cultural legacy.
