Shortly after its founding in 2005, Integrate Construction Partners served as Construction Manager as Agent for the transformation of The Marquette, a 21-story downtown St. Louis landmark and former Boatmen’s Bank headquarters. Once in disrepair, the building was revitalized into the city’s first luxury condominium project, featuring 79 condos, 36 apartments, and over 47,000 square feet of commercial and retail space. ICP represented the owner’s interests from concept through construction, helping evaluate options, manage budgets, and guide key decisions that shaped the project’s success. The Marquette became a defining early project for ICP, showcasing its collaborative, client-focused approach to complex developments.
