Integrate Construction Partners Hires Shane Miller as Director of Construction Operations

Integrate Construction Partners (Integrate) is proud to announce the hiring of Shane Miller as Director of Construction Operations.

In his new role, Miller will be responsible for the daily management, coordination and successful completion of all active construction projects. Serving as a mentor to the company’s project managers, project engineers and superintendents, Miller will work with all project teams to ensure that projects are completed on schedule in accordance with Integrate’s quality standards and goals.

“Shane will play a proactive role in shaping Integrate’s direction, policies and strategic planning as a member of our management team,” said Integrate President Scott Zola. “He will also aid in the development, refinement and implementation of programs essential to Integrate’s ongoing success, with a focus on safety, quality, continuing education, and operations excellence.”

As a dedicated construction professional with more than 30 years of industry experience, Miller works to foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork, open communication and constructive feedback.

His prior positions have included senior superintendent, construction manager, and operations manager for owner’s representatives and builders in St. Louis and Colorado. He has a Bachelor of Science Management from Blackburn College in Carlinville, IL.
