Integrate completed the Lake St. Louis Police Station Expansion, which added a 3,240-SF office addition, a 945-SF multipurpose room with a hardened storm shelter, and 3,688 SF of interior office renovations. The project also included upgrades to the building’s mechanical systems. Construction took place in three phases while City and Police operations remained fully functional. Additions on two sides of the building and a significant interior renovation required extensive coordination with the City Manager and Chief of Police. Through careful planning and sequencing, the team delivered the project ahead of schedule, providing a modernized, more functional facility for the community.
