The Challenge

The City of Eureka selected Integrate not for the lowest bid, but for proposing the most aggressive schedule—100 days faster than competitors. Through fast-tracked sequencing and collaborative planning, Integrate delivered the 24,000-square-foot Eureka Government Center, consolidating City Hall and the Police Department on a 9.1-acre site. The facility includes Board of Aldermen chambers, administrative offices, police operations, detention areas, and training spaces.

The Solution

Despite unforeseen design changes, steel delivery delays, and site challenges, the team’s proactive resequencing and coordination efforts led to substantial completion ahead of the already expedited timeline, providing Eureka with a modern and efficient civic hub.
