Integrate transformed a former commercial space into classrooms and conference areas for St. Louis Voices Academy of Media Arts. The renovation required upgrades to outdated building systems and careful material testing to meet code requirements. Subcontractor coordination was complex due to a mix of new and phased-out trades, requiring detailed scheduling and oversight.
To meet budget goals, existing carpet was repurposed, increasing labor efforts to achieve a high-quality finish. Through close collaboration with the building owner and quick adaptability in the field, Integrate successfully delivered the project on time, providing the charter school with a functional and modern learning environment.
