The space includes 4,000 square feet of open lab area dedicated to agriculture research and clinical testing, supported by upgraded mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and data systems designed for modern research equipment. Built within the historic City Foundry STL campus, the project provides a flexible, technology-forward environment that fosters collaboration and accommodates Orion Genomics’ evolving research needs while preserving the character of the adaptive reuse development.
