The Challenge
Integrate completed 20,000 SF of additions and renovations for Fort Zumwalt North High School in three phases. Work included a 2,500 SF cafeteria expansion and a 15,500 SF storm shelter gym that now serves as the school's main entry. Renovations to the library, cafeteria, and offices updated finishes and improved functionality.
The Solution
One phase required completing three interior areas in just 60 days. ICP managed construction during active school hours, coordinated with staff around traffic and safety, and adapted to HVAC equipment delays to meet schedule.
