Integrate delivered the 11,600-square-foot Weir Center, the new home of 88.1 KDHX Radio in St. Louis’ Grand Center Arts District. The adaptive reuse project features broadcast studios, a live performance studio for local artists, and flexible space for musicians, speakers, and small theater performances.
The first floor includes a public café and event space, supporting KDHX’s mission to foster civic and cultural participation through accessible tools, technology, and training.
Working with Lawrence Group as architect and interior designer, the team created a vibrant, community-focused facility that expands KDHX’s ability to engage audiences and highlight St. Louis’ diverse creative talent.
