We’re proud to announce the addition of two seasoned superintendents and a new project engineer, along with the promotion of a key leader within our preconstruction division.
Brian Goetges
Superintendent
Brian Goetges brings seven years of construction safety and field leadership experience in the St. Louis region. With a strong background in safety management, Brian has supported complex projects across multiple markets, ensuring jobsite safety, compliance, and execution remain aligned.
Prior to joining Integrate, Brian served as a Site Safety Manager for ARCO Construction Company and previously held safety leadership roles with Weaver Steel Construction and ARCO/Murray.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology, with a minor in Construction Management, from the University of Central Missouri.
Jim Nettles
Superintendent
With more than 30 years of hands-on construction experience, Jim Nettles brings deep field expertise and steady leadership to Integrate’s superintendent team. His career spans complex, multimillion-dollar projects for both public and private sector clients.
A seasoned general foreman and commercial carpenter, Jim has led crews of up to 100 tradespeople and managed every phase of construction and demolition in active, high-risk environments. His extensive certifications reflect a career grounded in safety, craftsmanship, and accountability.
Jim is a Journeyman Carpenter through Carpenters Training School and holds technical licensing in heating and air from Lewis and Clark Technical School.

Dylan Head
Project Engineer
Dylan Head joined Integrate full-time as a Project Engineer in December 2025 after supporting the Preconstruction Department as an intern for the past year and a half.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and brings a strong foundation in estimating, planning, and collaborative problem-solving as he transitions into his role supporting active projects.

Jake Saxton
Director of Preconstruction
Jake Saxton has been promoted to Director of Preconstruction after serving as Senior Preconstruction Manager since joining Integrate in April 2022.
In his new role, Jake oversees the full preconstruction process—from early concept through the start of construction—while leading the preconstruction team of estimators, planners, and bid managers. His focus includes strengthening client relationships, improving efficiency and quality, managing project risk, and ensuring the preconstruction effort aligns with Integrate’s values and long-term vision.
Jake brings 13 years of construction experience in the greater St. Louis area, with prior leadership roles at Blackline Design + Construction, Brinkmann Constructors, and Pinnacle Contracting. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
