(St. Louis, MO, April 9, 2025) – Integrate Construction Partners (Integrate), a St. Louis-based general contractor, has been named a winner of the 2025 Baldwin Group Build America Award in the Building Renovation category ($20 million to $75 million) for its work on City Foundry STL. Presented by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America, the prestigious award recognizes excellence in the construction industry and honors projects that exemplify skill, innovation, and collaboration.

The award was presented during the AGC Annual Convention at the Baldwin Group Build America Awards Breakfast held Wednesday, April 9, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio.

City Foundry STL is a major adaptive reuse development in Midtown St. Louis, transforming the historic Century Electric Foundry site into a vibrant mixed-use destination for dining, retail, office, and entertainment. Integrate served as general contractor for extensive tenant improvement work within the development, modernizing key spaces while preserving the architectural integrity and industrial character of the original structure.

“Winning a 2025 Baldwin Group Build America Award for our work at City Foundry STL is a tremendous honor,” said Scott Zola, President of Integrate Construction Partners. “This project was a true collaboration, and we are incredibly proud of the craftsmanship, innovation, and dedication our team brought to revitalizing this historic space. City Foundry STL is a landmark in St. Louis, and this recognition from AGC of America affirms the impact of our work in giving it new life while preserving its character. We share this award with our partners, subcontractors, and everyone who contributed to making this project a success.”

Integrate partnered with New + Found, the project developer, along with numerous local subcontractors and vendors to deliver the improvements on an aggressive schedule while navigating the complexities of historic renovation, adaptive reuse, and urban redevelopment.
