Scott leads Integrate Construction Partners with a builder’s mindset and a partner’s instinct. He joined Lawrence Group Projects in 2014 to elevate construction services, became a partner and president in 2021, then guided the firm’s 2022 rebrand to Integrate Construction Partners. Under his leadership, the company has scaled significantly in both revenue (+1000%) and team size (+600%) while staying grounded in its core promise: A superior building experience through true collaboration.
With three decades in the field, Scott has delivered work across healthcare, senior living, experiential hospitality, industrial, and office markets. He spends most of his time where projects are shaped the most: business development and pre-construction. Scott listens first, aligns teams and budgets to the vision, checks in on jobs through completion, and makes sure owners feel supported from the first conversation to closeout.
