Jim brings more than 30 years of hands-on construction experience to his role as Superintendent, leading complex projects from the ground up with a steady, field-first approach. With a background as a general foreman and commercial carpenter, he understands how work actually gets built—and uses that insight to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on track.

He’s managed every phase of construction and demolition, often overseeing large crews in active, high-risk environments. From coordinating trades to maintaining quality in the field, Jim keeps teams aligned and focused so schedules hold and budgets stay intact.

Across both public and private-sector work, he’s known for his calm leadership, practical problem-solving, and ability to deliver without compromising safety or craftsmanship.
