Dylan joined Integrate Construction Partners as a Project Engineer after previously interning with the team, where he got an early look at how projects come together from concept through construction. Working within ICP’s preconstruction group, he built a strong foundation in estimating, coordination, and project planning—along with a clear understanding of the team’s collaborative approach.
Today, Dylan supports both preconstruction and operations, helping keep projects organized, aligned, and moving forward. From assisting with coordination to contributing to day-to-day execution, he plays a key role in connecting planning with what’s happening in the field.
As he continues to grow in the role, Dylan brings a thoughtful, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to support project success.
